As study skills is one of the modules I study in the university, it inspired me to write something about motivation.

So motivation is the desire to achieve an objective combined with energy to help you work towards that goal. Of course, if you want to succeed in anything you need motivation. And to get to it you have to recognize 3 features: Goals, efforts, and self-efficacy.

Setting goals will help you visualize the track you’re going to walk on and obviously work and focus on more to reach them. You also need to trust your efforts you put on your work, because they will definitely be beneficial for your performance. Last but not least, self-efficacy ,or what we call it confidence, is the key to access the door to success. It is self-belief in your competence or chances of successfully accomplishing a task. You need to pay special attention to self-efficacy when setting goals to make sure that your efficacy beliefs are in line with your aims and not working against them.

Believe in yourself and remember that you will never fail until you stop trying ( Mr. Einstein never dissapoint me lol.)
